Aarti Agarwal, MD

Our faces are often the first representation of ourselves to the world, allowing us to portray our emotions and connect with the people around us. Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery is about more than just appearance—it’s about restoring confidence and enhancing the features that make each person unique. My journey, shaped by advanced training at Thomas Jefferson University and UCSF, has taken me across the globe, from Zambia to Uganda and Kenya, where I performed complex free flap procedures to rebuild lives through reconstructive surgery and has further solidified my commitment to restoring both form and function for patients. These experiences have deepened my belief in the transformative power of empathetic care, whether for complex reconstructions or more refined aesthetic adjustments.

I approach every patient with the understanding that beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal is to enhance your natural features in a way that feels authentic to you, using a personalized plan that reflects your individual goals and values. Whether restoring facial symmetry, addressing signs of aging, or helping restore facial features after cancer surgeries, I believe in empowering my patients through open communication and a collaborative approach, ensuring that every decision we make together is informed and aligned with your vision. The process of transformation is as important as the result, and I am committed to guiding you through every step with care and precision.
