Bianca Muonekwu has joined the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF OHNS) team as an education manager.
Bianca is a dynamic business professional with a solid academic background and diverse experience in investment banking, education management and operational strategy. Bianca earned her bachelor's degree from UCLA and recently completed her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she has honed her expertise in financial analysis, strategic project management and cross-functional leadership.
With over three years of managerial experience in the academic sector, she successfully directed a $400k tutoring program at UCLA, enhancing student retention and satisfaction through operational improvements, financial oversight and innovative training programs. She also led HR functions, reducing onboarding challenges and driving cost savings and collaborated on developing a user-centered digital platform for improved engagement.
Bianca's strategic and analytical skills extend to consulting roles, where she identified hiring process bottlenecks and recommended solutions that yielded significant cost savings. Her proactive approach and leadership have been instrumental in both the education and business sectors, making her a versatile candidate poised for continued success as an Education Program Manager for OHNS.
She is also passionate about volunteer work, particularly in education, and enjoys recreational activities such as pickleball, reformer Pilates and exploring cultural experiences.
