Ong-Dee, a Bay Area native, joined the University of California, San Francisco Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (UCSF OHNS) as a Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career as an Oncology, Med Surg and Tele Nurse before working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has nearly a decade of experience at the Stanford Ear Institute.
Ong-Dee has a love for Otology-Neurotology and a love of learning! When she's not at work, you can find her with her partner Michael and two children, Isaac and Maxwell.
She enjoys traveling, dining out, coffee, baseball, running and standup comedy. Ong-Dee credits her passion for Otology to her training as a dancer and a love of music. She is a frequent patron of the performing arts, be it ballet or punk (with ear plugs). She is excited to be a part of our team and to learn from the many talented members at UCSF OHNS.
