Welcoming back Silvia, our Clinical Social Worker!
Silvia Bellfort-Salinas is a recently retired LCSW. Silvia spent the last 14 years supporting the pediatric population helping families cope with their emotional distress, as well as assisting with how to navigate the financial, education, and social challenges that often come hand in hand with healthcare needs.
Silvia attended the University of California Berkeley, where she majored in Social Welfare and Political Science. After spending a few years working as a Spanish Medical Interpreter at UCSF Health, Silvia then pursued a Master in Social Work at the university of Southern California.
Silvia’s hobbies include high altitude hiking, reading, crochet, and most recently, her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her grandchildren.
