We had the privilege of recognizing two outstanding individuals with the Exceptional Employee Award at the 2026 Staff Retreat.

The Exceptional Employee Award was proudly presented to Oscar Lleva, NP-C, and Daniella Silva!
Oscar is a valued member of the OHNS inpatient team at Parnassus, providing comprehensive care for adult patients with complex otolaryngologic conditions. His clinical expertise, collaboration, and dedication to patients make him an essential resource for the inpatient team.
Daniella joined UCSF OHNS in 2022 and now serves as Education Manager, leading educational programs for residents, fellows, and students. Through her leadership in education, departmental operations, and onboarding, she helps strengthen our programs and foster a welcoming, collaborative workplace.
