We are excited to congratulate Elena on successfully completing the Leadership Development Program this year. This eight-month program is designed for School of Medicine staff to prepare for leadership roles by expanding their understanding of key functions, strengthening professional relationships, and identifying the essential skills needed to lead effectively.
Elena has actively demonstrated these leadership skills in her current role as Senior Post-Award Research Administrator within OHNS. We are grateful to have her as part of our OHNS Administration team and deeply appreciate the outstanding support she provides to her faculty and colleagues.
