Dr. Limb is studying the neural substrates of high level musical perception and performance, as highlighted in this article in the May issue of National Geographic entitled, "What Makes a Genius?" The photo shows Dr. Limb wearing an EEG cap as he plays piano in his lab at UCSF together with Nicole Jiam, who will be a member of the incoming residency class in July 2017.
