UCSF Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery graduates four residents for 2019.
UCSF OHNS had its graduation ceremony on June 8, 2019. Our 2019 Sooy Lecturer and guest professor was Neal Futran, DMD, MD, Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington. Our graduates for 2019 are Joseph Chang, MD who will be accomplishing a laryngology and voice fellowship at Mt. Sinai in New York; Divya Chari, MD who will be accomplishing an otology/neurotology fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary; Philip Perez, MD who will be a fellow in otology/neurotology at University of Pittsburgh; and Nina Zhao, MD who will be pursuing a Masters degree in education at the University of California, Berkeley.
