At this year's August Retreat, we had the privilege of recognizing two outstanding individuals with the Exceptional Employee Award. This honor is reserved for those who consistently go beyond their regular duties, demonstrating exceptional commitment to enhancing the workplace environment within the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at UCSF. This award highlights employees who embody the UCSF Pride Values: Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, and Excellence. These values are the cornerstone of our department, guiding how we conduct our work, interact with colleagues, and serve our patients.
