Balance and Fall Center in OHNS recently received the Voice of the Patient Rising Star Award

Our Balance and Fall Center in OHNS recently received the Voice of the Patient Rising Star Award.

The award was bestowed on the Center for dedication to a patient-centered culture by achieving the greatest improvement in patient satisfaction ratings over a two-year period.

The award stated the highest achievement in an Outpatient area: UCSF Balance and Falls Center - increase of 5.1 points, from mean score of 91.2 to 96.3 (18th to 92nd percentile).
