Michelle is both a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Children’s Communication Center of Pediatric Otolaryngology at UCSF and a Patient Navigator for the Audiology Clinic at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland. She completed her bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley. She is deeply passionate about increasing access to health education for vulnerable communities. Her research focuses on investigating sociodemographic impacts on hearing health. Her goal is to foster equity in quality patient care and to increase the agency of families navigating the healthcare system.
