Administrative Fellowship Application Process

Decision Notification: April 25, 2025

I. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Hold or be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (business administration, finance, communication or a related field) from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Have a keen interest in administrative leadership within academic medicine.

II. Application Requirements

Candidates must submit the following materials by April 18, 2025 to [email protected]:

1. Resume/CV – Highlighting education, work experience, and leadership roles
2. Statement of Interest

The leadership team will conduct a formal interview of the top 3-5 applicants and a final project will be assigned (communications, finance, or research) to the final candidate during the internship period.  The fellow will have an opportunity to visit our clinics and get a tour of our space.  Meet our clinical teams to learn more about academic medicine.
