Daniella, a proud San Francisco native, joined the department in 2022 as a Front Office Coordinator and advanced to Faculty/Staff & Project Coordinator in 2024. With a strong foundation in departmental operations and a growing focus on education, she now serves as Education Manager.
In this role, Daniella leads education programs for residents, fellows, and students. Overseeing curriculum, scheduling, compliance, and accreditation, while driving program improvements and supporting high-quality training across Otolaryngology. At the same time, she continues to play a key role in faculty and staff onboarding, ensuring new team members feel supported from day one while contributing to the success of the broader team.
Outside of work, Daniella is a big Taylor Swift fan and brings that same energy and enthusiasm to her role, helping foster a positive and dynamic team environment.
