All three of the 2013-2014 resident and fellow all-program quality of care incentive goals have been met!
- Patient satisfaction: We achieved the 60th percentile in HCAHPS in the final quarter!
- Discharge before noon: Our goal was to reach 20% or higher for at least 3 months – we did it for 6! Outstanding work by everyone!
- Cost per discharge: We achieved huge savings by decreasing our average cost. This was a true team effort!
Otolaryngology is listed as one of the successful programs that contributed! Congratulations Team!
