UCSF is celebrating diversity throughout the month of October, honoring champions of the 2014 Chancellor Diversity Award.

Cathy Garzio, MBA, is the administrative director the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UCSF, and she will receive the Chancellor Diversity Award for the Advancement of Women. A UCSF manager since 1991, Cathy has held a variety of positions at the UCSF Medical Center and School of Medicine, including administrative director of the Clinical Cancer Center at UCSF, and practice manager in UCSF’s Medical Specialties Clinics. 

The Awards ceremony is by invitation only but will be live streamed for our internal and external partners to view.
